EBC is looking for new therapists to join our team.

Enhancing Behavioral Choices is a Family Psychotherapy practice in South Windsor, Connecticut. We are looking for qualified, licensed clinicians to join us either part-time or full-time in our South Windsor office. We have comfortable, private offices conducive to individual, couples or family therapy as well as small group work. Preferably, we are looking for licensed clinicians already paneled as providers on Insurance panels.

Here at EBC we offer a welcoming space, and provide therapists with billing services, biweekly payroll, office supplies (such as letterhead, business cards, website advertising, and computer/printing supplies) and a rotating 24-hour on-call pager coverage system. We welcome clinicians of different backgrounds and experience as well as a wide array of expertise and preferred clientele populations. Each therapist pays for their own annual malpractice insurance coverage and licensing renewal. EBC works on a percentage system which we can review during the interviewing process.
