Is my visit confidential?

Yes, all visits are completely confidential.

How much will my visit cost?

Each therapist accepts a variety of insurance plans, and therefore if your therapist is an in-network provider for the type of insurance you have, your visit will be covered either partially or fully by your insurance plan. This can be determined by contacting your insurance company about your mental health benefits.

Do I have to have insurance?

You do not need to use insurance. Without coverage, sessions range from $100 to $175 depending on which therapist you see.

Will my insurance cover my visit?

This will depend on if your therapist accepts your type of insurance as an in-network provider, and if you have mental health benefits, a copay, and/or any annual deductible to meet. The best way to acquire this information is through contacting your provider directly.

What is the appointment cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hour cancellation notice directly to your therapist via office phone voicemail, cell phone voicemail or text.

Can I call in an emergency?

We have a 24-hour pager system, where a client can page the therapist on-call. To page the therapist on-call, dial (860) 366-0409. Once you hear the tone, dial your own call-back phone number into the keypad and press the # button. Once you hear the tone again, you may hang up and the therapist on-call will return your call as soon as possible.
