Session Information


In person sessions:

Sessions conducted in the office will be 50 minutes long. The last 5 minutes of the session will be used to set up future appointments and collect payment for the full fee that day. Any additional time spent will be billed by a percentage of your sliding scale fee.

Telephone calls related to your case:

You agree to pay for any time spent on your case via telephone. This includes time spent on the phone speaking to the client, family/parents, other health care providers, school personnel, legal representatives, and other person(s) related to your case. The fee for these calls will be based on your sliding scale rate for office sessions.

Letters and/or documents prepared or reviewed for your case:

You agree to pay for efforts preparing letters and/or documents related to your case. Charges will be based on time spent.

Cancellation Policy:

All clients are required a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice by voicemail. If you do not contact within 48 hours of your scheduled session to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for that session. Exceptions are inclement weather or an onset of sudden, serious illness within the 48 hour timeframe. Even with these exceptions, repeatedly missing sessions will result in discontinuing treatment and referring the client elsewhere.
